I had my Jeep detailed after it had been used by my son and my granddaughter for two years. It was a complete mess! I wasn't sure it would be able to be cleaned up. I am so very happy with the service provided by Mark and his crew! His communication and commitment to my satisfaction was top notch! Incredibly pleased with the mobile services provided by Empire. Derek was an extremely knowledgeable and professional detailer and did an incredible job. This is the first time I have ever had a professional detail on any car I have owned and man it puts anything I could do to shame.

I can’t even begin to express how thankful I am to Empire. I was recently gifted a used (very dirty) minivan and after 3 hours of just removing trash I knew I needed professional help. Mark was able to schedule us in incredibly quickly and his employee Derek came and got to work. It took over 6 hours to detail the inside of this van it was THAT bad and he did it all with a smile on his face and with no judgement on how it got to be that bad. The price was more than fair for the amount of work that went into the job and ecstatic is an understatement on how I feel of the finished product. This Van looks like it was pulled off the car lot. I had my 2005 Audi detailed and I’m beyond impressed! The team did an amazing job, restoring the exterior and making the interior spotless. They really paid attention to every detail.
