VERY DISAPPOINTING...several days past without a call or notification so I had to call them and ask the status of my vehicle. I was told it had been done for 2-days but nobody even bothered to call or let me know. The wife who apparently runs the business was very cocky and had an attitude like I was disturbing her. I was a first time customer and now will be a last time customer. So, upon arrival to pick up my vehicle, it was parked outside off to the side of their dirt gravel driveway and my entire vehicle was *SMOTHERED* in dust. I LITERALLY had to take my vehicle to the car wash to get the outside cleaned AFTER I just paid $185 for it to be detailed. SERIOUSLY, NO JOKING....VERY POOR COMMUNICATION and I would have been embarrassed to give someone back their vehicle smothered in dust es

This is our second time having Empire detail our car and I'm still so incredibly impressed! Super quick responses, easy drop off and pick up and very reasonable pricing! Definitely worth the money! My car looks brand new and he was even able to buff out a huge scratch on the side! Will never take our vehicles anywhere else for detailing!!

I brought my older work truck in to have the interior cleaned. You could definitely tell it was a work truck. When I picked up the vehicle it looked practically new again! Easy to set up drop off and pick up times. Easy to communicate with as well. We will definitely use Empire for any of our car detailing needs!
