Newaygo Towing

This is also known as Jerry's towing and recovery service. My experience was very positive. The gentleman that showed up was on time, very professional, took time to answer questions, and even called my back to let me know my vehicle was delivered safely. The lady scheduler was clear, and on point with scheduling me asap. She was obviously very busy, but to time to make sure all my questions were answered. I will definitely use them again if I am out that way. I give this business a 10 out of 10!

They were quick and friendly! My car died and it was after 9pm. The driver was nice and helpful. Great service I would call them again 100%

My daughter got caught in the last winter blast and ended up in the ditch. This guy showed up and pulled her out for $100 like normal, no complaints. Then he told her it would be another $150 to haul her car back home to our mechanic. Again normal and no problem. Until I showed up with my credit card to pay him directly. That's when the price changes to $350!!! Really?! Was it because I'm a man not a young girl paying? Or was it because it was Saturday night? My state farm insurance agent agrees that this is price gouging and said he may be able to do something about it. I sure hope so!! Be warned about price gouging here!!

The gentleman that showed up, showed up fast and was super efficient. He got there and was incredibly kind and polite. Was done in less than five minutes. He could tell I was in a hurry and was still able to complete the job quickly and without any issues. He seemed to love what he does which was refreshing. If I ever need any services of the like, Newaygo Towing will be the only one I call. Thanks again! P.S. The guy that helped out deserves a raise, some praise or some days off. Haha.
