Easy to make appointment. The new service department is clean and efficient and friendly. I worked with service manager Ricky Persaud and he greeted me immediately, showed me into his office, and we discussed what service I wanted or possibly needed. They called and updated me along the way and did not seem sales-oriented. Just trying to provide the service the car needed from a mechanic’s perspective. I was able to authorize services via text and get my car back easily and with no stress. Not sure how the price compares to a 3rd party. But the service and experience is the best, so if it’s a few bucks extra it’s worth it.

While the ease of my truck getting warrantied was smooth, it did take about 3 weeks to get my truck back. Service was polite and things went well there, I have no complaints about my rep, Ricky Persaud. Though I do feel as if a week and a half for just a diagnosis is a bit excessive, especially with them not looking at it for the first few days. Once a vehicle is dropped off I feel it should be brought into the shop no later than next day. If I have any issues the truck will be back, but let’s hope the technicians they have are as good as their service department.

I had a recall on my car and was able to get an appointment super quickly. As soon as I arrived, Gus helped me right away and kept me updated throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. I even got my car back sooner than expected! Gus was professional and kind, and I know I’ll be in good hands when I return.

I bought a 2022 Ford F150 brand new from Huntington Ford. The second I drove off the lot there was a transmission issue of it slipping and knocking. I have now brought my truck back for SERVICE on six separate occasions and for whatever reason they refuse to simply just swap out the transmission. The second to last time I was there I’ve requested an inspection as my inspection was expiring and they never changed it and I got three tickets after that. Since the transmission issue was not resolved, I had to bring it back again and reminded them that I never got a new inspection sticker. After now, just having picked up my truck, the inspection sticker was still not changed even though the inspection is on the work order listed as complete. My transmission occurs in ninth and 10th gear and
