Empire Tires of West Orlando is hands-down the best tire shop I’ve been to—and it’s all thanks to T.O. From the moment I pulled in, T.O. treated me like family. He was patient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed without overspending on 22 inch tires! In a world where great service is hard to find, this shop is a gem. Not only did T.O. take care of my car quickly, but the price was unbeatable—easily the best in town. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about people, not just profit. I go here all the time when I have a flat they are super cheap too was calling around to find out who had the cheapest everyone told me 60 or higher for used tires but they told me 45 I was shocked and it was a quick service, went up there didn't stay no more that 10-15 min 🥳

I went to three different places to fix the tire on my truck. After a few hours, every single one of them failed , the tire kept going flat again. Then I went to Empire Tire, and one of the workers there (I don’t remember his name, but he’s from Mexico) finally solved the problem. I haven’t had any issues with the tire since. I highly recommend their service!

The worst tire place I’ve been to rude customer service and the guy that act like he couldn’t understand English I told him let me see the tire I bought got an attitude when I asked his name is velni if that really his name very rude he should not be working there

The manager of the place is rude. The workers were nice and very fast at what they do but do a very poor job. I got a great deal on a set of tires but have had to bring them back one at a time on several occasions because the sensors were not properly installed, so.. they were broken and caused me to be stranded with flat tires. When I addressed management… he was rude and approached me in a manner that was unacceptable. I will not tolerate this type of behavior towards a customer who has given them a lot of business. If I could give them a zero… I would.
