Empire Toyota of Huntington Service

Recently, I had an oil change done at this service center and was told that a basic tire inspection would be included. The service was completed very quickly, and at first I appreciated the efficiency. However, when I checked my vehicle at home, I found that one tire’s valve cap was missing and another was loosely attached. In addition, one tire was below the recommended air pressure for my vehicle. I ended up checking and adjusting the air pressure on all four tires myself and had to purchase and install new valve caps. Regardless of the value of the vehicle, I believe even small details should be carefully checked and properly finished. This experience has caused me to question the overall quality of the inspection, and I am now reconsidering whether I should continue using this servi

Everyone who has a role to play in this business is incredibly professional and kind! Of course no one likes to take time out of their schedule to deal with servicing their car, but these folks always make it easy, even the routine stuff! The friendly phone interactions are always conducted by a human being, and the text reminders are super helpful! The staff are helpful at setting up appointments and the wait is never too long. The service location is really easy to get to, has plenty of parking and the waiting room is inviting, has great coffee drinks and WiFi so you can get some work done while you wait. My name is Jasmat Singh. I took my car and was seen by May. She was extremely helpful and discuss with me in detailed what have to get done with the prices. I was very pleased and happy with her explanation. Each time I go there I always asked for her if she is not there the other girl who handle me I always leave very dissappointed with her explanantion. But May always does a great job. I really think May should be a supervisor to run that department becasue of her deligient work she does and take care of the customer with a smile and is very detailed in her explainations.

I have been going to Empire Toyota since getting my Camry in 2019. The service dept is always great and accommodating. Always enjoy working with Sunny, he takes the time to explain details and the need for certain repairs and options. Highly recommend working with Sunny and getting service at this location.

They’re so great, this will forever be my service center from Will, to Sunny to Keith and their service people!! Truly amazing team. I came for a thermostat change and they assist you immediately, keep things simple and precise and truthful. I had Keith this time and he made sure to help out and made it extremely efficient.
