As usual, the dealer prices are quite high, more suitable for big companies or those with a heavy pocket. However, I’m giving 5 stars for their excellent customer service. They allowed me to get a full estimate for the air compressor replacement before starting any work, which I really appreciated. They spent about 3 hours diagnosing and preparing the estimate. I eventually declined the repair because the labor cost was high, but the amazing part is they did not charge me anything, exactly as they promised. They truly kept their word. I purchased the parts separately and left with no pressure at all. On top of that, the waiting area is very comfortable — they even have showers, coffee, and popcorn 🍿 available. Great service and professionalism, even if the prices are on the higher side.

We were in our RV traveling from Florida to South Dakota. Our motorhome broke down in Vicksburg Mississippi empire truck out of Jackson Mississippi Come to repair it very satisfied with their work. This place needs a negative star because I brought my truck in for a def issue and couldn’t get a response keep getting terry will call me never received a call had to keep calling back and still no undate until I went up there to get a bill for 22000 dollars then they tell me 5000 dollars upfront when I have a warranty this place told me lie after lie so I get my truck and take it to Freightliner in forest park Georgia and dropped it off yesterday and had a response this morning it was a simple fix they did they same test and my one box is fine and did a forced regen 1500 dollars later but next time I would rather a shade tree mechanic fix my truck before I bring it to FREIGHTLINER IN RICHLAND MS

I would recommend staying away from this location. I’ve had great experiences with Freightliner in Savannah, GA but in no way does this location live up to the Freightliner name. I originally towed my semi to another shop but was ensured if I towed it to this location I would have an estimate within 24 hours. The other shop was backed up a week so paid another 500 to tow here. It took them over a week to get me an estimate. The service manager Terry stated they wanted to ensure “they get the estimate right”. I understood that because the damage was extensive due to drive shaft failure. However that first week I knew right away I messed up because it was hard to get a return call or anyone to answer any questions at all. I was quoted almost 16,000 to repair and I had my insurance and deal

II called and spoke to Steven in service prior to having my truck towed down there and he was super nice. After my truck got there, Steven kept me informed on everything that was going on and I must’ve called him 10 times and he was so patient and very helpful. Thanks again Steve!!
