I ordered parts right before Christmas for a repair on my car, and the experience was outstanding. I fully expected to be told they wouldn't ship until after Christmas and with the holidays to not expect anything until after New Years. I was wrong. The parts arrived just three days after placing my order, were exactly as described, and in excellent condition. Every time I called, someone answered the phone, which is rare these days and very appreciated. No voicemail. No phone tree. Just customer service with a live person who answers and takes the time to hear what you need and answer questions.
