I’ve used EmTech several times - windshields and the unfortunate side window due to break in. Luis is a nice guy, an independent local business. And he comes to you! Quick, efficient and affordable. I saw a comment that he was not good with scheduling and customer service. He is his own guy so family, emergencies, etc does come up. Give the one man shop a break! Highly recommend.

We had a truck with cracked windshield from rock chip, Luis came out promptly and replaced windshield in our driveway. Mobile Service was great, price was competitive, workmanship flawless! No problem recommending to family or friends.

Bought a car from a Dealership and it had a cracked windshield and dealership promised to replace windshield at my residence. So they set up the appointment for 3pm when I got home from work and at 2:56 the day of the appointment I was called and told they couldn't make 3 and it would be closer to 6pm, 3hours later, when I explained to him that this would not work because that was too close to the time I go to bed to get up at 3am and tried to plead his case why he couldn't reschedule and when I became adamite about rescheduling we agreed and hung up. That same night my wife received a phone call from the Dealership stating that now I have to bring car in and wait for Windshield to get replaced and that Louis said he would not do it because he didn't like the fact that I expressed my displ

I might have only had a question though he was helpful and polite. Even did research and called me back.
