I'm new to Lawrence and was trying to find a reputable place for my car. I read the reviews (all good) and the reviews did not lie. I was treated with respect, kindness, didn't get looked down upon because of a woman. Tony explained everything to me and Jeff took me home. Jeff explained more about what En-Tire can do for my car. So I just got my 2005 Toyota Tundra back from En Tire Car Care. Had a 2.5” lift kit installed. (Rough Country) Also needed new upper and lower control arms and new adjustable upper and lower ball joints. I have done all this work so I can go camping and any other outdoor activities. The truck sits nice now and can handle anything as well.

Experience was tough from the beginning. Tony was very hard to work with was not customer friendly. He is not cut out to be in customer service. I understand employees are hard to come by, but he could run a few off. I was close to being run off. My previous experience buying tires in July or August last year was amazing!

Ive been pretty pleased in any service Ive had done to my car. I appreciate Tony in that hes always great and takes the time explaining of any issues with my car. I feel hes a pretty honest along with the crew that works on my car. I would recommend anyone to take their car to Entire for good & honest service. Thank you!
