This is the best place to shop for cars …the hospitality is top notch, Klay is the best seller have ever seen in the whole world. I live in SC and bought a 2016 Lexus RX 350 from him over the phone and this guy has never miss my call for once. I’m definitely shopping for more
They are amazing! Super friendly for 1st time car buyers, and super fair. There were a couple things that we noticed when driving, but they took care of it right away and with no extra cost to us. Highly recommend!
I bought a car from Klay a few weeks ago. It's a 2014 Audi A6. At my price range I never would have expected to get a car of this caliber. Klay was simple to work with answered every question and also sold us a warranty which I highly recommend when buying a used car all for $15K. I will have no hesitation looking up Klay at Encore Auto in the future when I am looking for another used auto.
These guys are top notch!!! Klay, his brother and dad!!! I bought a Volvo and it was a one owner, so clean and well taken care of!! Highly recommend working with Klay and his family 🙌🏼 I’ll be back for that G Wagon when I’m ready 😉
