Best Car Wash Around – Hands Down! I drive a 3/4-ton truck, and it’s not easy to get it properly cleaned. Encore does an outstanding job—better than any other car wash in the area, and I’ve tried them all. My truck always comes out spotless and thoroughly dried. The property is always clean and well-maintained, and I really appreciate the pre-wash brushes at the entrance to tackle bug buildup. The vibe is great too—good music playing in the drying and vacuum area makes the whole experience more enjoyable. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and I’ve never had a single bad visit. It’s clear that Encore values quality, and it shows. Highly recommend!

Everyone is super nice and helpful. Overall my cars come out very clean. The vacuum cleaners have a very good suction. A trade in microfiber towel system would be very helpful.

I won't be back, there was more dirt on my car when I left, than when I came. I had to stop again at a self service car wash to get this mud off. I could have done that initially and saved myself some time and money.

This brushes do not touch the rear of my Ford Bronco. It was the same way on my Jeep. My tailgate and my rear window never gets cleaned. If it did I’d be able to give 5 stars. Is there a way to have more than vehicle on the plan without paying full price for both? Something like a family plan would be nice.

I went for a wash over a month ago and my truck got several big scratches on the hood. I reported it to the employees right away, was given an incident report to fill out and was Informed that a manager or someone would reach out. I went back a few ago because Noone has reached out, filled out another report. I still have NOT received any type of contact from anyone there. Do not recommend
