I needed another transmission for my 2005 Toyota 4Runner because mine had over 300,000 miles on it and was going quickly. After shopping around online and locally I was given EngiTra phone number a gave this place a call. MJ was the person I spoke with there, I told MJ what I was looking for and needed, he checked his inventory they had a transmission with average miles on it, I asked if they installed it as well and he said they did. MJ gave me a really good price for the transmission and to have it installed. I was able to get my transmission replaced within a week from the first contact with MJ. It would have been sooner but they had other vehicles to get done before they could do mine, but it was worth the wait, I dropped my car off on Thursday and got it back the next day. Hats off a

They wouldn’t verify they had the correct part number until I paid, said they would update me & refund the money if they didn’t have the correct part. They charged my credit card then would answer my calls, or return my messages. Took my money and never sent the part. Never called me back never contacted me again. I had to file a claim through my card company. DO NOT do business with them. Find another place.

I was in a pinch and backed into my wife's Mercedes c250 and needed a back door looking all over and came across EngiTra auto parts.. Talked to the gentleman on the phone and he confirmed the paint code was the same and the door would mount right up.. He also overnight shiped it to me for a way better price then anyone else online and I did not have to have it painted.. They were amazing would definitely recommend these guys ten times over would give 100 stars if I had the options!!!
