We were 1100 miles from home and the radiator cracked. They fit us in and had it ready the next day. No issues after repair and we're home now. Fair price and shop rate is very fair. Good job and we really appreciate getting it done so we could leave on time.

Bought a 2014 Nissan Rogue. 75,000 miles…had issues with starting and the dash lighting up like a Christmas tree… took three trips and over two weeks for it to be repaired correctly, Rear lift power gate was inoperable when we agreed to purchase it…we were was promise over and over again it would be fixed…we were lied to, they stated that they were on back order…I called numerous places and many many of them had them in stock…called Engles again and got the same response …I ordered them my self and received them in 3 days …they just didn’t want to pay for the gate shocks and lied about it numerous times …very dishonest and obviously $200.00 means more than a happy customer…never again and I hope you read this and head warning before you patronize them

I brought my 2005 Ford F-350 diesel to their shop it had a misfire. They diagnosed I had a bad injector, and several other problems going on. Brittney is very nice and Personable. Considering nothing is cheap for diesel they gave me options for repair. I went with pretty much a top end rebuild, Only used authentic motorcraft parts. She told me her dad has 30 years experience with working on Ford when I brought my previous work truck in. It definitely showed in the work completed. Took my car there for them to diagnose a few issues with my brakes. They replaced a lot of parts, from calipers to pads and rotors (I definitely needed them), to an ABS controller. Finally got a nice firm pedal push. So I was pretty happy. However, a few weeks later my brake pedal goes soft again, and a day later my pedal goes to the floor with my kids in the car. Thankfully everything was okay. I thought the abs controller was faulty but after I jacked up the car, I saw both rear brake hoses were completely rusted through and leaking fluid. I’m definitely not saying the work they did was not needed, but I wish they would have seen both rear brake hoses were swelled up and rusted through.
