I had the pleasure of speaking and working with Mr. Hills. He was such a great Car Sales Representative!! Very kind, He greeted us at the door and was welcoming, also a great listener. He explained coverage plans and gave detailed examples of what it could cover in the case that I needed to use it through their Warranty. He was sure to further explain if I didn’t fully understand, If I could give him a 10 Star review I would!!

Enterprise Car Sale was just like it say on the price tag. “NO-HAGGLE”… My sales representative was representative, Nick was very professional from the very moment we arrived. There was no pressure as we looked at many vehicles. Let me also say the other salesperson were friendly and they congratulate us in our new purchase. Mr. Tony, Ms. Khris and Ms. Queen were all nothing short of amazing. They were extremely helpful every step of the way. Ms. Queen and Ms. Khris assisted me with every question I had. I enjoyed the entire process. Everything was done seamlessly and smoothly. I was done in less than an hour. The vehicle was clean and ready to go.

The team at Enterprise were fantastic to work with. I had a car transferred from a different state, and it arrived in less-than-perfect condition. However, Jaxon and his manager Kristian were transparent about the damage from the start and were very proactive in coming up with a plan to rectify it. I enjoyed the ease of the experience, felt like I got a fair price for a good vehicle, and genuinely felt like the team at the Baton Rouge Enterprise cared about the outcome and my well-being.
