From scheduling our appointment, to the completion of the paperwork, EVERY person at Enterprise was polite, honest and helpful. We went in thinking we knew what car we wanted. After listening to our needs for a new vehicle, the salespeople showed us a variety of cars that met the requirements. We test drove two cars, neither of which were what we thought we were going to buy, and after the second car we were sold. We were surprised at how easy the whole experience was. My wife was looking for her first car, and from scheduling the appointment, to coming in and test driving the vehicles this was THE BEST possible experience we could've hoped for. My wife is big on customer service and everyone at this location was polite professional and punctual. There wasn't a single negative thing about this experience, and my wife let me know that she felt most comfortable here because of the attention given to her and the detail AND the quality of the vehicles. When first walking into the door everyone was SUPER friendly! I had my step daughter with me, they assisted her with the TV for cartoons and offered her snacks and beverages. Big shout out to my car sales man, Mr. Pryor! He listened to all my needs/wants/deal breakers and found the perfect most reliable truck for me! I will always recommend and come back!
