Let me tell y'all, this was THE best car buying experience I've ever had! From start to finish: no high pressure sales tactics, everyone was super pleasant and competent, the process is very efficient and easy to understand, and best of all, no haggling over prices (and mine was more than $4K under KBB value). The team treated me like family as soon as I walked in the door, and made a big deal about it being my birthday. Who doesn't love that?! Jahana even brought me a birthday gift! She, Mac and Courtney (I believe that was the manager's name) were all amazing and I highly recommend buying your car here, especially if you're a woman who is wary of being taken advantage of.

Absolutely a great experience! The staff was great through the process. Great team work, and communication. The prices of their vehicles is set, no hidden fees, no extra charges. I was able to get a newer model year vehicle for less money than I would have at other dealers. The vehicles come with a 12 month, 12k drivetrain warranty. They gave me a great deal on my trade-in as well. If you want a hassle free experience, this needs to be your first stop because it will probably be your last.

Bought car number 5 from Enterprise Car Sales- this one from their Independence-Noland Rd location. Dylan Cole, the sales consultant, was the perfect example of why you should consider buying your next car from Enterprise. To a person, the sales consultants are knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient. Since car prices and processing fees are transparent on the website, the only unknown is your trade-in value and even that ( you can get a KBB price range yourself online) value has a little wiggle room when talking to Sales. But there is no pressure ever- just a real nice experience that usually takes maybe an hour and a half. We have purchased new cars from dealerships and Used autos from Enterprise. I pick Enterprise every time. Pick good things- pick them from here.
