Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Easy place to pick up a car in Aberdeen. Great customer service. I use them every couple weeks for business trips. They always have my reservation ready on time. They call sometimes during the rental to make sure everything is perfect. I’ll continue to go back regularly.

My experience with Enterprise in Aberdeen was not good. I made an appointment on the weekend to reserve a rental at 12pm. I had to wait in the office for about two hours past my appointment until one was available. When I received the rental, I later discovered in the evening that the tags on it were expired, I contacted the rental office in BWI airport and notified them of the issue. They were able to do a swap on my vehicle. This is unacceptable and should have not have happened.

The Enterprise location in Aberdeen, MD was great from start to finish. I didn’t have any problems with the service, but I did give them feedback on the car that I had. Enterprise should not utilize any Nissan vehicles for rentals. Nissans are not very fuel efficient and they are very finicky if you are not use to driving them.

I have rented from here a couple of times and the staff is very nice and professional. However, there are two things they need to improve a lot: One, timeless - during one of the rental experiences I spent nearly 40 mins waiting for a car (1 hour after the reserved time), since the type I had reserved was not available. I was not in a rush so at the time it did not impact me negatively, and I ended up choosing from the only two types of vehicles they had available at the time. Two, cleanliness - during a different rental experience I received the reserved car in a bad condition. The driver's door, steering wheel, and center console were dirty and with some type of sticky residue; the door being very obvious (see picture). I was more in a time crunch during this experience so I could not go

I can't give no stars for enterprise, my grand children was very very uncomfortable going down to Florida and while we was down there. It wasn't good at all... the locked heating and cooling system was locked up and never worked while my grand children froze and burnt up while in Florida. Plus couldn't see out the windows good because of the system not speading correctly..fogged windows on both sides
