Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Our experience with this location of Enterprise went very well overall, there were a couple things that could potentially be improved upon. Skyler was awesome - he took great care of us the day before when checking in and also during rental pickup. He is very professional and polite. Upon pickup the car was given to us nice and clean, the previous renter had returned the vehicle with 3 gallons of gas, so we drove to Circle K to fuel up. On our way over to fuel up the low tire pressure warning appeared on the screen. As it turned out the tire pressure was slightly low on all the tires (between 27 and 29 psi, supposed to be 35) which may be attributed to the seasonal change into winter. 2025 Sonata, great gas mileage and features, it did well on our trip. READ 1 STAR REVIEWS Horrible experience. I had a 10:00 a.m. appointment to pick up my rental through my insurance's preferred provider. However when I showed up at 10:00 a.m. I was told by the representative helping me that they tried reaching me to tell me set my vehicle was not available. I don't know how they tried to reach me. I received a voicemail the night before confirming my appointment. After arriving they told me that the vehicle would probably be available after 12:30. However upon calling them at 12:30 I was told that they could not give me a definite time the vehicle would be available for pickup. *******DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION******** I rented out a vehicle here and they were very helping and nice at first. After having my rental vehicle from here, I paid ONLINE $870.00+ for another two weeks, online it was scheduled to be RETURNED BY 11/25/25, I took the car back and asked if there would be anyway to rent out the car again since I was still using it and it had all my nursing equipment in it, the employee and assistant manager were trying to scam me out of $1500 to rent out the car again I never understood why since it was just me driving it and I took care of it very well. I took an uber to the airport and got a car from there I ended up with a really nice Camry for $500 at Enterprise I had a Kia Forte that was a nice car as well but compared to a 2026 Toyota Camry with fully lo

Had a great experience with Enterprise! The staff was friendly, professional, and made the process smooth and easy. The car was clean, reliable, and exactly what I needed. Everything from pickup to drop-off went perfectly. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again for future rentals!

Enterprise on 9433 Lomas Blvd NE (Lomas just west of Eubank) is my location to rent vehicles. Bryce is always accommodating and makes sure I am taken care of. The vehicles are nice and clean. Don't bother going to the airport as it's cheaper here with Bryce!
