The work and dedication the team at Enterprise in Alhambra has done is remarkable and of the top professionalism I have come to experience. I appreciate the kind work they have done for me after dealing with a total loss of my vehicle. They have made the process of renting easy and efficient. If it weren’t for the workers at Enterprise Alhambra I’d still be left with no means to get around, so for that I highly recommend the team and location and commend their work. Thank you Enterprise. Keep up the great work, highly recommended and 5star isn’t enough for their business if 10 stars were available they’d get from me 11 stars.

After my car was in an accident, I had to rent a car several times during the process. At this point, I think I've been helped everyone at this Enterprise and they have been consistently lovely to work with! They have all been so helpful and polite! I would absolutely rent from them again and highly recommend this location!

I ran into a bit of a headache with my insurance (you know how billing goes), but they handled everything with so much patience and care. They made sure I was completely taken care of from start to finish and didn’t stop until I had the exact car I wanted. I had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise regarding a damage claim on my recent rental (Agreement #1L3C8W, Toyota Camry). I returned the vehicle on 12/12/2025 at 3:00 PM at the instructed location in Alhambra, CA, in perfect condition. No damage was reported or documented at the time of return. Three days later, they were suddenly informed of a windshield damage charge. When I visited the branch the same day, the manager was told the vehicle had already been repaired — without any prior notification to me and without giving me any opportunity to inspect the alleged damage. The only photo provided as “evidence” did not clearly identify the car or license plate, so it cannot be considered reliable proof. I stopped by Enterprise on 1300 W Main St, Alhambra, CA without a reservation, and they helped me right away. The team was friendly, quick, and super helpful from start to finish. They set me up with the small car I asked for, walked me through the billing, and did a clear walkthrough of the vehicle before I left. Returning the car was just as easy, and they even gave me a ride home afterward, which I really appreciated. Overall, amazing customer service — I’d definitely rent from them again!
