Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had a great experience with Enterprise from start to finish. The rental process was smooth, and the staff was professional and easy to work with the entire time. Anytime I needed assistance, I dealt with Dominic, and he was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and genuinely a pleasure to speak with. He handled everything efficiently and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier. While I would have preferred a vehicle with similar space and four-wheel-drive capability as my personal vehicle, the overall service and customer care more than made up for it. I truly appreciate the professionalism and would absolutely rent from this location again.

The Altoona location was accommodating from start to finish. The vehicle was clean and nearly new. My week with the rental was smooth, and they returned me to my vehicle at the garage. I will utilize Enterprise again without hesitation.

Made a reservation and clearly included my phone number, drove an hour here and they told me they have nothing for me and i did not include a phone number. They are absolute liars and did not care one bit about leaving me stranded when i need to get to a wedding. Wont ever use this company again

We had been loyal to Enterprise over the years, but they have left us stranded for the last time. Booking a vehicle on the company website is meaningless. It has now been three times in five years that Enterprise has unilaterally cancelled a reservation for lack of inventory. The company literally takes bookings for vehicles they don't have. (This review is targeted specifically at the Altoona location.)
