I had to use a rental vehicle for almost 3 months due to an accident, and the team at Alvin Enterprise (hidden next to Caliber Collision) made it all so easy and stress free for me. Dylan the manager was so helpful, calling me frequently to check in and making I was in the know about changes from my insurance. He was so pleasant to communicate with that I will recommend this store to others locally. And Jesse was super nice and accommodating and professional.

The gentleman in charge at the Alvin rental location was very pleasant and easy to talk to. I unfortunately forgot his name — he has black hair and wears eyeglasses — but his customer service was truly top-notch.

Went in today a lovely lady helped me, she smelled so good, I was done within 5 mins! Super fast! Super polite! A+ I took my car to AG body shop they are way better than the colliber collision located inside. They was polite and gave my insurance a great price! Highly recommend thank you!
