Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Ann Arbor Municipal Airport (ARB)

We have had 2 rental cars from the Enterprise at Ann Arbor Airport and both experiences went smoothly and satisfactorily! The staff is all very friendly and efficient. Most importantly the cars were luxurious and clean. Both times I made the reservation at the last minute when my ride situation fell through. I checked in on the app to save time and the whole process was quickly accomplished. The manager Kayla Chalmers answered all of my questions and was attentive to the needs we had. I feel grateful to have this business so close to my home!

I rented a car from here for ~ 1 week. I booked the rental through the Enterprise mobile App. The pick-up process was very smooth: There was no wait when I picked up the car (~5pm on a weekday). I provided my license and credit card, and then they got the keys for me. They provided a good car: it was in good condition, clean, and they did a walk-through with me to make sure the car was free from any damage prior to me starting the rental. To return the car, I just had to park it in one of the Enterprise spaces in the adjacent parking lot. The return process was very smooth as well. Probably 3-4 minutes and the process was complete. The staff was friendly throughout the process. I had to wait for a rideshare after returning the car, but I just waited in the waiting area in the building.

I would recommend enterprise to anyone who needs to rent a car! I was so thankful and grateful for the help I got from Kayla at the ann arbor location on airport drive! I was already having a horrible day trying to rent a car from other places and I was able to walk in a get the best service, and a great price and a amazing car to use for the week! I will definitely be using enterprise anytime I need to rent a car! I appreciate everything and I would give 5 stars all days long! Thanks again to Kayla!

The team here is amazing and goes above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service! Will definitely recommend this location. Would like to see more rental cars options. Nevertheless, the team makes up for limited car options. Shout out to Liam and Kayla!
