Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Hunter. His customer service was stellar! My concerns felt heard and were attended. We had a long trip and the wait time initially was long due to this location opening at 12pm, which causes a rush hour at that time. Hunter and his team assisted in clearing over 20 people in less than an hour. I was pretty impressed if I do say so myself. Can’t wait for the next opportunity to rent from Enterprise. Enterprise also has a dealership so if you are looking into purchasing you should contact George at this location. Thank you Enterprise we had a phenomenal time in the Benz Sprinter, great gas mileage, and competitive pricing. I found Enterprise to have the best options for car models we had plenty options we I enjoyed. Knew what I wanted when I saw it

Horrible service from start to finish. The vehicle was not cleaned when I picked it up. I was told there would be a $50 hold and $50 for insurance, and at no point was it explained that the insurance was $25 per day. Because of this lack of disclosure, I was later charged over $700. Although the dealership covered part of the cost, I was still charged due to information that was never properly explained. When I called to speak with someone about this, I was told the manager was busy and would call me back. I never received a call. I called again, understanding that things can get busy, and was told the same thing—yet again, no callback. Poor communication, misleading pricing, and no follow-up. Very disappointing experience.

In the middle of our vacation we noticed a nail in the tire of the Chevy Trailblazer we drove up from Fort Lauderdale. Of course it was peak rental hour on a Friday afternoon and all they had was a little Nissan Versa. Hunter, the manager and the rest of the staff were amazing at making last minute swap for us. It was raining and I was frazzled so we never did a look over on the car. We went from this Enterprise to my friends in Winter Park where the car wasn’t driven but sat in the driveway for two days. On our way back from Winter Park, pouring rain again, driving back the car could barely keep traction, alerts were going off on my dashboard, and overall I felt very unsafe. Especially if that was the car we were going to drive all the way back home in. So we decided to stop back and swap

We had an abnormal experience with Enterprise Apopka. We were given a car with body damage to most of the exterior panels. I noticed 3 of the tires were worn about halfway through their tread. I noticed one tire was newer and the tread pattern was different, it was a different brand. I pointed this out to the employee and he said that’s normal. My wife opened the door and there was a long white stain on the passenger seat. The seat was black cloth. The employee had us wait about 20/30 minutes for him to clean that. The rest of the car was dirty. We asked multiple times for a different car and was told no. I have been in over 100 enterprise cars in many countries. This was lower quality than any other country. They called today to asked about the experience and they said again this is
