Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Extremely rude employee. Jay at the front desk has a terrible attitude. I showed up to pick the car up I reserved and he said he didn’t have one for me. The lot was full of cars. He said they were all spoken for. Currently sitting outside in the rain on hold with customer service.

Entire staff greeted me and were very friendly upon entering! The process of picking up my reserved vehicle was easy which definitely took away any stress I had with being a first time Enterprise renter. Jacob was incredibly kind and updated me every few minutes about my vehicle, making sure I had everything I needed and made sure my car was brought to the front to me. Very happy!

I came to enterprise after a wreck and desperately needed help. The team at the Walton Way location went above and beyond the ENTIRE time. Having never rented a car, I had a million questions and they were so so so kind and professional. From the time I picked it up to the time I dropped off the car, they were extremely generous. It’s a bonus that they had a killer smile too. I would highly recommend this location to any and everyone I can. Thank you guys for taking care of me and all my silly needs :)

Truck was very dirty. Found one discarded shot gun shell and one live in back floor board. Steering wheel had to be cleaned by me because of cigarette smell on hands after touching. My 50 dollar deposit has not been refunded yet.
