Excellent customer service; super polite and helpful staff. The vehicle was clean, new and reliable. The staff was able to give me a ride to the garage that fixed my vehicle. Highly recommended!!!!

Just rented a mini-van from the Harper Road,Beckley, WV location. Really nice people. Great car and really excellent service. Also a good price. They made renting a vehicle so easy. They even called the day after my return to check if I was satisfied. I was so satisfied that I reserved a vehicle for the second weekend of October. That's how satisfied I am.

After a terrible car accident and horrific treatment from local hospital care in WV, Enterprise showed the most care. Helped my wife, three broken vertebrae, and I, cracked sternum, not only find our car but also get home safe to our family in NY!!

Poor service at this location: My car rental, a full size sports car, had a flat tire four hours into my rental, no spare, and I was stranded at night for four hours on the not so busy Interstate with my babies. Sometime around 1pm we made it to the local, dingy, hotel (the only one available for 20 miles) without the help of Enterprise. Yes, I paid extra for Enterprise insurance and no help came from Enterprise. Eighteen hours later (after the tire became flat) I got an older model, dirty, midsize four door car as a replacement. We had to wait outside in the lobby of the hotel until the car came. I was promised the care would be their by 9am, but the car arrived around 1pm. Since the second car was late, I had to rush it back to Beckley in order not to be charged again. The manager
