Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had a great experience with Enterprise at the Bozeman Airport location. The pickup process was smooth, and Curtis, the representative who helped me, was in a great mood and took the time to explain everything clearly. Even though it was a busy Labor Day weekend—when staff at many places can be rushed or impatient—Curtis was patient, enthusiastic, and professional. His positive attitude made the whole process easy and pleasant. Thank you, Curtis, for going the extra mile and making the rental experience such a good one!

I rented an SUV for a week this past September. The wait in the line at the airport was maybe 10 mins. The young lady at the desk was fast and thorough. The vehicle was on site and ready to go when we arrived. I had originally picked out a Jeep, however, my 6'5 husband was too tall. The gentleman working the lot took us right over to a more appropriate vehicle without any issue. The vehicle was clean and well maintained. I would recommend renting from this Enterprise.

Reserved months in advance an 8 passenger premium extended cab SUV with 4 wheel drive to drive up the mountain. Called a few days in advance and confirmed the car would be available. When we went to pick it up, our options were a 7 passenger SUV with 2 wheel drive only(we have 8 people), and a 15 passenger van with 2 wheel drive. Had to take the van as we couldn’t fit everyone in seatbelts and also luggage. The van is unsafe on these icy mountain roads. It wouldn’t make it to the house so we had to park it and now have no transportation for our visit. We have called Enterprise several times and have received no response. We have always had good service but no longer feel comfortable using them.

Waited several hours to get an economy sized car I had reserved several days before. Missed a friend’s wedding due to the wait. Lobby full of people waiting. If possible, choose a company which is more transparent about wait times and proactive with their cleaning.

Rude staff. Thought she needed to remind me i was in Montana and people are on vacation so I need to pay tripple what I normally do for a compact car. 215 dollars a day. Budget is 70. Thanks alot woman. Taking advantage of people stranded on the hwy while being rude. At least you could be nice about ripping me off.
