My experience was great from beginning to end. The staff at this location are nice guys that work quickly with smiles on their faces. They provided a free upgrade to a larger vehicle since their were no more sedans, which was great. I made sure to return the vehicle with a full tank and clean. They acknowledged and expressed gratitude. 100% recommend!

I received great service from everyone that I encountered at this Enterprise location. The car was rented because my car was undergoing repairs from an accident. The thing that I appreciated the most was that when the work on my car was completed Enterprise allowed me to leave the rental car at the body shop where my car was being repaired. It made things so much easier for me!

Cougar was very helpful, made our pickup reservation quick and smooth. Explained everything we needed to know about the vehicle and what we were covered for. Answered all questions we had I appreciate his help alot. Shoutout to Chad too for following up after we dropped our rental off after hours, he asked if there were any issues and made sure we enjoyed our experience. I had an absolutely awful experience at this Enterprise location, and the manager, Miguel, was the root of the problem. The rental vehicle I was given had a maintenance issue—it needed an oil change. Instead of addressing the problem like a professional, Miguel told me I should take the vehicle to one of their vendors to get the oil changed myself. This is completely unacceptable. Customers should not be responsible for resolving a basic maintenance issue that the company failed to handle before renting out the car. What made matters worse was when I called the location to request a vehicle swap. I was told they had other vehicles available, but Miguel still refused to give me one. It felt like he simply didn’t want to help or take responsibility for the situation. His dismissive attitude
