Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Enterprise location. The manager James Washington was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to provide clear or helpful information about available vehicles. I was offered a car that was later described as a “company vehicle,” yet I was abruptly told I could not receive it—even though that same vehicle was already listed on my rental contract. This situation was handled poorly and unprofessionally. Given the amount of money required to rent a vehicle, the level of customer service at this location is unacceptable. I will not be returning and do not recommend this location to anyone expecting professional or respectful service.

This place discriminates if you are African American. Made reservations for a car another customer came after me to pick up a car. They gave me a crash up car and told me that this was the only car they had. The 1st car that was bought up from the garage was given to a Caucasian woman who came after me and I received a damaged Nissan. They refuse to give me the car that was ready I had to wait 15 min to receive this dent up Nissan and the tank was not full with gas. Poor customer service. See pictures This is unacceptable and no one should be allowed to treat their customers like this.

Great car, staff was awesome, manager very helpful. And was able to return at another branch - across the street from my new car’s dealership! Great experience.

The enterprise on Wisconsin Avenue in Bethesda, Maryland was absolutely wonderful. I was greeted by their representative there. He was completely nice kind and just knowledgeable about the vehicles that they had. He made sure that he asked me a question in reference to my family and who the car was going to fit so he made sure I got a car that would fit my family comfortably. He was also very kind and reference to what I was dealing with because I was renting a car due to me having a stolen vehicle and then insurance investigating what was going on . I did have to bring the car back up there because the passenger car door the window lock control was a little broken. It was broken inside the car door at work, but I just wanted them to know that and that was noted when I had to bring the car

Team at this location was professional, responsive, and helpful. The first vehicle had almost 50K miles, and one of the tires had a slow leak; the staff made it quick and easy for me to swap the vehicle or told me where I could go to get the issue repaired if I wanted to take that time and keep the vehicle. The location is convenient, but the garage is a bit tricky if you are not familiar with it.
