Puklich took a little longer to fix my car! So I needed my rental longer. Enterprise was very understanding & they accommodated me aa needed. Everyone I talked to at Enterprise were all professional/friendly. Great customer service!!!
I would like to extend my grace and appreciation to Enterprise in Bismarck for the amazing service I received for the course of 2 months. This experience was far from the usual, I received the best rates weekly. Christian (the manager in training) was the face of this company. Along with Adam the supervisor. I cannot wait to continue my journey in the summer. If you are looking for a rental company I highly suggest this location.
Thatcher was great. Promote him! Nice experience, appreciate all the effort and meeting a guy who genuinely cares. Good guy! Nice rental, good experience throughout. Been renting cars for business for 25 years, rare to find a caliber of person like him. He'll be running up whatever ladder he chooses. Definitely recommend
