Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The Bloomsburg location is a joke. We had reserved a large vehicle for a snowboarding trip with 6 adults. We specifically requested this size vehicle so we could fit all the snowboards, gear, and our luggage. We got to the store and told the woman we were there for our rental. She informed us that they did not have any large vehicles available but were giving us an Explorer. The woman had an attitude with us. She said sometimes the cars don’t come back or they need maintenance. What’s the point in reserving something if it won’t be available? We ended up having to drive to the Enterprise location in Shamokin Dam to get the size vehicle we had requested in the first place. We will also have to drop it back off there so that is over 100 extra and unexpected miles to rent what we asked for.

Totally positive experience. Fair and transparent pricing. Kind helpful staff. Utilized the home pick-up to get a ride to the rental office in Bloomsburg to pick up my vehicle. Rented 1-way. Return staff were kind and efficient (reminded me to collect all my belongings). The shuttle bus driver who took me to the airport helped me with multiple pieces of luggage. Thank you, Enterprise! I will rent vehicles from you in the future!

Would not even leave a star if i could. My daughter was in an accident last week and her car is at the shop being estimated for repairs. We (my husband and I) made a last minute decision to rent her a car from this establishment. We got the money together based on estimates from tbe website and availability and I picked my daughter up. We got to Enterprise and they were busy. It was a Monday. The initial gentleman who spoke to us was very nice. A lady then took over. She i formed us that all she had available was a mini van. After we got through everything, she informed us the bill was going to be 1061.00 for the week. Way more than was expected, and alot of hidden fees. I still don't know where the price came from. She seemed very willing to get us out of there, and not have to deal with

I’m not going to waste my time contacting you. It’s quite simple. I reserved a car on a Wednesday. When I arrived to pick it up on Thursday I was told no cars would be available until at least Saturday or Sunday. “We just don’t have any vehicles.” I was told in no uncertain terms that the system takes reservations even though vehicles might not be available. Unable (and unwilling) to trust the latest promise, I was able to make alternate arrangements thanks to divine intervention. It’s tragic that I need to explain this to you, but here goes: When someone makes a reservation, you MUST have a vehicle ready and waiting. It’s called “customer service”. Our truck had broken down and we had been towed to a dealership in Bloomsburg, PA. We contacted an Enterprise office that was nearby and they came to pick us up. The staff, and particularly Kaide Drick, was very helpful in setting us up for our rental and orienting us to the vehicle we were renting. The rental process was efficient and seamless.
