Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I’ve used enterprise many times previously with great experience. Occasionally there was an issue but they were quick to rectify the issue. Unfortunately this location was not as promising, and I hesitate going here again. They called to confirm my reservation of a small pickup truck the day before. When I arrived the following day at 4pm the size I reserved needed an “oil change” and hadn’t been returned yet. So they gave me an F150 for the same price. The issue is I’m driving to Florida, 3 hours after getting the rental. So learning at time of pickup that the vehicle reserved isn’t available, you don’t have time to adjust plans. I needed a truck due to some large objects that wouldn’t fit in a full size SUV. When I brought this to the agents attention, they said they would help with gas.

This location provided me a hassle free rental experience. The car was clean and drove very well. Orion went above and beyond in providing me exceptional customer service. I will be going with Enterprise in the future.

I booked a car 3 days in advance. A Toyota Tacoma or similar. They had it listed on their website as available at this location and for the time I reserved, so I reserved it. 3 days goes by without a word. I receive a call 15 minutes before my reservation time, informing me not only that the vehicle I reserved wasn't available, but that they also had "no cars" available. I needed a rental car and I needed it at the time I reserved. They waited until the last second to drop all of this on me. I was told that I "might" be able to get a compact car at the end of the day, but I needed the truck specifically at 8 a.m. that morning. I was given an attitude for booking 3 days in advance, and told that other people booked months in advance. I get that maybe 3 days is a little short notice, but why

So, after almost getting sent all over the place to get our car, they found a cancellation and gave us an SUV. The staff there was super helpful. She was nice and got us taken care of right away. It was a breeze to pick up and drop off.

Tony handles my rental and took care of making sure what I needed was completed . Service and experience was great and seamless .
