Motorcar Makeovers

Never again. Needed them to install an H-Pipe and Axleback exhaust system on my Mustang GT. They claimed I was missing parts to the exhaust. I was not. I called Roush to confirm they should be able to do the job, the rep on the line agreed. They refused to do a cut and clamp job and claimed it would take them 4-5 hours to do. I did it with my friend (who is a mechanic) in 45min… no issues or exhaust leaks. To top it off, they charged me for an hour of labor to just unclamp the resonator and take out the exhaust system bellow the resonator. No work was done. Safe to say, not coming back here. Shout out to Billy Small Engine in West Chester, he did a great job on my car.

Scott and his team are phenomenal. I had a very expensive quote from an Audi dealership to repair a mirror. Scott was quick to assess the problem order the parts and had my repair done quickly once the part came in. Highly recommend Scott and Motor Car for any auto servicing they supply.

This shop is at the top of the car care industry! On this trip to motor car makeovers, Scott and Mike and the team helped me complete my dream car for my family and myself, our 1967 Shelby GT350 Tribute! They went over the entire car, balanced the tires, adjusted the clutch and front wheel bearings. They performed a four wheel alignment with custom specifications to the build. They installed custom suspension parts that I could not install. They called me during the work to see if I agreed with the adjustments. This has been a multi decade, restoration project involving the help of so many people. I would not take this car anywhere else. We are very lucky in our area to have a shop like this, there are many shops in this general vicinity, but no one compares! Thank you guys! Jim S

My husband and I switched Mechanics after our regular guy retired. We were very lucky to find Motorcar Makeovers and have been taking our vehicles there consistently for a couple of years now. The service is excellent and the team is really helpful. I recently wanted to get my Very old Volkswagen cabrio fixed and was advised against it because it just wasn't worth the cost. Somewhere else might just let me throw a bunch of money at a bad investment. They've been helpful in giving me advice as I'm looking for a used car to replace it and if I do end up purchasing one I will be bringing it there for servicing. Definitely recommend.

They quoted me 2650 for work to be done, which is very great. Took real good care of my car when no one else wanted to do to work.
