Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My fiancé is currently at the in Georgia for work. He reserved a car online for the weekend and took an uber over. When he arrived he was told that all cars are gone and no rentals are left. The guy working there told him that he meant to call but just didn’t. Very rude and unprofessional. Called to make a reservation for him for next weekend with a person, it is an automated service to make reservations so I waited to speak with an associate at the store. They wanted to transfer me back to that automated service for reservations. I waited over 30 minutes for a supervisor, I hung up and called back to be told by an associate that the supervisor was busy assisting customers. I was a customer, my fiancé was a customer. Had a good experience once I was actually able to get a vehicle that would fit my needs (I had to modify my reservation because I rented a passenger truck but the staff informed me that there was only 3 in the entire company so the chance of having one available was slim). I asked then why does the website let me reserve it?? They said that was an issue that they have been trying to work out with corporate. But overall it was a good experience & would definitely use them again.

Renting from Brunswick, GA truck rental was fantastic. The customer service was surprisingly exceptional. She helped us rent a truck pain free and went above and beyond to ensure the transaction happened There is no doubt I will be renting from there again soon! Thank you

It's pretty sad that you can reserve a reservation via phone and then you can reserve via the internet. But they are out of cars when you're almost there and have to pay a driver to take you there and they call you and tell you they don't have a vehicle for you, so you're stuck with without wheels , so then you call the next day and ask if they got any more cars in and they said, we told you this yesterday, ma'am. SoYes, needless to say, as a prime member of enterprise.I will never rent from them again. I'm out almost 200 due to there attitude and poor handling of reservation. They don't care there not out nothing. Called corporate and no return call from the regional manager as they said I would. Sad sad place . P.s day 3 and no call yet or yet to say that got me a car. There isn't much that should have to be said about a car rental company. As long as they have your car on time and it runs fine, they've basically accomplished the task. I had to use a rental for approximately two weeks because somebody stupidly hit my parked car. Enterprise was pretty straightforward to work with and I didn't have to jump through a lot of hoops. $50 deposit upfront but you get it back as long as there are no issues. I'm going to take off one star because the car was a rather crumby Carolla or something like that. Either they just washed the inside or they left the windows down because the cloth seats were wet when we got in. It also had only two gallons of gas in it.
