The young guys at this location was very professional & helpful. I think I reserved by mistake but now they will be My Go To location. Dominique & his crew will get you in & out with clean wheels. Everything was done fast & efficient. Stop by you won't regret it.

Great first impression when an Associate called to confirm my reservation after it was made by Allstate. I didn’t get her name, but she was great. Then when I can in I met Dominique. Make Dominique at least the regional manager. He made my experience so smooth. I had an issue and he addressed it quickly, professionally, and with care. This is the only location I will be going to moving forward.

Someone ran a stop sign and hit my car. So, I went to Hartsfield-Jackson Airport to pick up a rental that I am using and paying for out of pocket, for three weeks the moment. My experience with getting a rental with Enterprise is awesome. Especially if you complete the registration and check in online. At a time when the lines were extremely long to book or retrieve a rental, every other rental company that you could think of at the airport had NO cars available literally. Enterprise was the only company that did! My car is clean. It was filled with gas. Also, it is a newer model SUV. Extending the time on my rental was totally easy as well. I will not use another car rental company except for Enterprise. No hassle, no fuss, and they have a fully stocked fleet of cars... more than any ot

If I could give it a zero I would. Gave me a van that didn’t include Bluetooth, shocks, was old, dirty, stained seats, trash in the doors, uncomfortable, and had to wait for the van over an hour before being allowed to pick it up. Despite speaking to agent at 9am that I would be there at 12 noon. Keep telling me van was getting the oil changed. The oil should have been changed prior to pick up day. The van looked like it was parked somewhere for years and was dirty both inside and outside. Shocks on van were so bad we felt like we were on a bucking Bronco horse. Never experienced this kind of rental with Enterprise and will not be spending money at this company again.
