Luckily, Gil’s Automotive Services came to the rescue. They had to basically perform open-heart surgery on the front end of my car (I’m pretty sure they saw parts I didn’t even know existed), but they got it DONE. Where to start? First I am from Texas and a single woman 68 years old. I have had the same mechanic for 12 years on my beloved pickup. She has 496,000 miles. From the second I walked in to Gil’s I was treated with respect and kindness. The entire process was explained, a warranty that is unheard of on used vehicles and I felt listened to and cared for. Every step of the way I was informed and checked with for approval. This team is the best I have ever seen. My truck is running like new! Please don’t hesitate to use this service company!

The shop was able to diagnose our issue quickly, and kept us posted on the cost and timing to complete the job. At pickup, the owner kept the old parts and explained why they failed and asked that we test drove the vehicle to ensure we were happy and the problem was resolved. Everything worked actually a lot better, which would be expected. We moved to this area from PA and finding a good garage was top priority. I can say we can check that off the list.
