Enterprise Rent-A-Car

A rock hit my windshield. As seen in my attached pictures, it was the size of a quarter or less. I dropped the car off overnight. Months later, I received a call from my insurance company asking for a statement. Apparently after I dropped the car off, the crack expanded. Now they’re charging me $750+. I won’t consider renting from Enterprise again until I’ve paid $1000+ through Dollar, Hertz, Turo, etc. I’ve only ever used enterprise for car rentals, and that’s now going to change over a rock hitting my windshield.

Due to the fact that the website let me book a car right at closing and my uber driver got lost picking me up at the airport I was a few minutes late. If they close at a specific time and are unable to help people a few minutes after that time it shouldn’t let me book at that time without a little wiggle room. Because now I am stranded out of state without a ride costing me the trip. So as long as you don’t book when they close I bet the service is great.

The staff were friendly and professional, especially Phill. It was easy to rent the car and easy to return it. The car was well maintained and made my visit to my son so much easier.

I had an amazing experience start to finish. Finding the vehicle I needed online was so easy, the site walks you through everything. Will I picked up the vehicle the employee was so wonderful and made my experience even more amazing. He greeted me with a big smile explained everything and made it simple to understand. The car was clean and in great condition. I cannot stress enough how wonderful the customer service was! I will be using Enterprise in the future for sure!
