Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Easy to rent and my vehicle was there when I said I would pick it up. The office even called me to let me know that a vehicle was there early for me. I appreciated that. Unfortunately, the vehicle was at half a tank when I picked it up, there was major cosmetic damage to the front right quarter panel, and it didn't have an ice scraper. I rented in January in Minnesota. Every vehicle should have an ice scraper or the agent should ask before you leave. Luckily, I grabbed my personal ice scraper from my vehicle. Overall it was fine, but they can do better.

A branch that cares about the customer. Troy was phenomenal. Helping me navigate through the process. During a difficult time I was very grateful for the attentiveness, and generosity. The team became my family. Thank you Troy!!!

I’ve been renting with Enterprise for the past four months, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. I’ve dealt with double charges, vehicles not fueled properly at pickup, and poor customer service—both in person and over the phone. To make matters worse, I’ve been waiting over three weeks for Enterprise to review my account regarding incorrect charges, yet I continue to see additional amounts being billed. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable for a company of this size. I hope Enterprise takes this feedback seriously, reviews my situation promptly, and improves both its billing accuracy and customer service follow-through.

BIG FAT Shout-Out to Troy the Mgr at Burnsville location. These guys have saved me when my car is in the shop. Now, they've done it again in a major cold snap. Don't even bother w/ Avis/Budget across the fwy, or Turo. Customer service is Top Notch, the online rental process is easy, the pickups & drop-offs are easy and these guys are terrific. Great choice of vehicles ☆☆☆

Sold my best friend a lemon - buyer beware. My friend bought a car from this enterprise after theirs was stolen and totaled. They were initially really happy with their purchase. Until their car dies on the highway on their way to work. Turns out, the car they’d sold them had faulty fuel injectors that not only caused their car to break down but caused damage to the vehicle because of fuel leaking into the exhaust. When they naturally reached out to Enterprise, they fought them about paying it at all and then offered to pay only a small fraction of the price, leaving them on the hook for an over $3000 repair on top of transportation while it gets repaired - my buddy is a trauma nurse who can’t wfh or take time off. Don’t bother car shopping here - you’re better off looking elsewhere.
