A big (and overdue) thank you to Seth at the Enterprise Butte location for going above and beyond. I was returning a rental a month ago and had a roughly 40-minute walk ahead of me in the cold, and he offered to drop me off at my destination. That level of initiative and customer care really stood out. It’s the little things like that that make a big difference.
Great customer service. I was picked up and dropped off after my trip and the staff was friendly and courteous. Car was clean and fun to drive. I will use them again.
Best place to rent a vehicle in Butte, Mt hands down!!! Maria and Seth are so great! As far as other companies here? Trust me I've tried them all and Enterprise in Butte is the only one that consistently made it a smooth and pleasant experience. I use them ONLY Every time!!
Maria was awesome! The truck was great! Clean, ran good, no issues at all. They have awesome customer service. I absolutely recommend them.
Tried 4 different times to rent. Booked online. Always called me to tell me they couldn’t honor the reservation. Do not believe the reviews for good service. Never had a car and always an excuse.
