Enterprise Rent-A-Car

So helpful and understanding!! I will be returning to rent here again!!!! As a plus size lady I was concerned about fitting comfortably into the car we rented. When I arrived they offered 3 options and let me try getting in and out of all three for comfort reasons!! Not to mention all cars were clean and smell free!!! I appreciate how attentive and yet not smothering or pressuring the whole transaction was!!

Prices could be better especially for a recurring customer but five stars all day for the amazing customer service by Shaniqua! She is a pleasure to deal with and very pleasant all the time!! Not to mention how she multi tasks and handles 10 different customers at a time on the phone, checking in, checking out, other employees working with her, etc. and she does it all with a smile!

They sent a text at 2pm asking me to give them a call with my updated return plans. At 4pm, SAME DAY, repossessed the car as I'm walking out the door to pick my child up! I missed one call today and that's it. Last time we spoke, the employee was super busy and had customers waiting for her and it was past closing time...I was told I could keep the car until Wednesday. A SUPER INCONVENIENCE IS PUTTING IT NICELY. There was no need to have the car repossessed out of my driveway. So ridiculous. Not to mention they just spoke with my mom today and said for me to get in touch today before close. They close at 6! Didn't even give me the opportunity to go there by 6. **NOT to mention, the rental had completely bald tires!

The Enterprise store in Byron has the best employees! I don't support Enterprise as a whole, but I will support the Byron team. They treat you like family.

I stay outside Byron, but travel miles to this location to get amazing customers service! Shaniqua is amazing at her job and she is the only reason I drive pass the other car rentals to do business with her! Keep her at all cost!
