All of the gentlemen that work in this building were so kind and cheerful and honestly happy to help me and when things got complicated they stuck with it and didn't abandon the situation and made sure I got home safely and that my things were returned to me safely and that I was still able to come back. Not to mention their so-called bedside manner, for a person going through a lot of things they couldn't have been more kind to my personal problems I'm dealing with. Thank you so much you know who you are both of you all of you and I'm so sorry that it was such a mess but I'm so grateful that we came to a solution. We will always be coming back! I couldn't recommend them more 🙏👍💯👌❤️

The front office receptionist was the ONLY good thing about this rental experience. She was very sweet and pleasant. The rest of the office seems very shady. They (Fernando) called me 24hrs after I dropped off my rental demanding $250 to cover the cost of repairing a “non-dented damage,” and to avoid filing a claim with my insurance. They never sent me a photo of the “damage” they claimed magically appeared, despite my request. I paid $250 just to be done dealing with these guys. I was called WEEKS later and was emailed my receipt showing the account was closed. They assured me everything was good and handled and they didn’t see anything about the damage being an issue after collecting money from me. I rent from them regularly. Pretty much every weekend. They never have the vehicle I book online and I always have to wait more than an hour because they have to clean the car when I get there. They charged me for 2 days on my prior rental when I only had the car for one day. I was told they would refund the money and I requested a free day. Fast forward 2 weeks... I booked expecting a free day and then I am told at the front desk that "it can only be used as a discount of the total and it can't cover the full price". So I ask for something more expensive totaling $90 expecting a $55 discount. I was charged $57.50. But if that's not enough to sour the arrangement. I drive off and go to Walmart. When I return to the car, my wife points out that the back tire says 26 psi while the others say

Best rental car company around would recommend it to anybody had a flat tire win to have it fixed. They gave me a different vehicle And did not charge me I’ve used them multiple times great people and excellent customer service
