Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I Usually choose car rental based on price and location. This time it happened to be that enterprise was closer to my departure and arrival points. And I was very pleasantly surprised about the quality of Service. I may have to rethink my prior strategy.

I had to rent a car for last weekend so I went to the Enterprise Car Rental location at New st in Cambridge Ma. Sebastion, the man who assisted me was incredible. He was a great guy who was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained the whole process step by step to me so I was completely informed. Great experience! The woman who was there when I returned the vehicle was equally as nice and made returning it quick and super easy. If you need a car rental I highly recommend the Enterprise New street location in Cambridge. Great experience there.

A+ customer service. Sebastian is an awesome employee and took excellent care of me when I was visiting the Fresh Pond area. I stayed nearby for 2 months and rented 5 different cars from Sebastian. I had the choice to rent from others nearby, but his customer service and attitude made enterprise the easy choice. He is the kind of employee you want in management. I would hire him in a heartbeat if I could. Enterprise has earned a lot of repeat business from me due to his customer service. Great job!

I hardly ever rent a car, however the experience I had with Enterprise was very pleasant and easy. Sebastian was super helpful with any questions I had and made the renting process a breeze. I’ll definitely be renting again in the near future.

I absolutely LOVED the staff here at Enterprise! Last week on my birthday, someone rear-ended me. I was in desperate need of a vehicle because I was due to road trip over the next couple of weeks. My car insurance company paired me up with this location and I couldn't have had better service. Unfortunately I don't remember everyone's names but the gentleman who picked me up from the Cambridge Honda down the street was so outgoing, friendly, and personable. The woman who took care of my reservation (and drove me back to Cambridge Honda when I returned my vehicle) was so funny, lighthearted and authentic!
