Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Excellent customer service and prompt assistance. Picked me up from work to get the vehicle. Matched me to a clean, similar vehicle. Thank you for the stress-free experience! (Have had difficulty reaching anyone here in the past since it is not staffed regularly in Cambridge, but had better luck making the request through my insurance app. The young lady was very polite, professional, and accommodating. I can’t recall her name but she is usually based out of Salisbury. She was great!)

The enterprise representative I dealt with was most accommodating, very professional and friendly. The vehicle I rented was in excellent condition. It was perfectly clean and mechanically sound. I would highly recommend using an enterprise for your vehicle rental needs.

First of all, no one answers the phone. They only have one person sitting up there answering the phone, and you can't leave a message because the mailbox is full. I dropped the rental I had off 2 whole weeks ago and still have not received my $100 security deposit back, I have called and spoke to someone about this twice now and it's always the same excuse that they're just short staffed and to give it 2-3 days. Now it's been weeks. I have been very patient with them. Now I'm about to file a dispute through my bank. If I could give zero stars I would.

The team at the Cambridge office was great. I had some problems with my first rental (mechanical, not the fault of the team) and they worked very hard to help me and my family out. By the next morning they got us in a new vehicle that was perfect! They went over and above with pickups and drop offs for me since I loved close by. Thank you to Isaac and your team!

I had the pleasure of having 2 great employees help me name Issac and Daniel. Both were polite with great customer service. I will have to use enterprise in the future for my rental needs. Thanks.
