Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This was the very BEST experience that I've ever had renting a car!! So if u need a rental this is the place to go. These guys are so very polite, kind and helpful & I just highly recommend these guys and I hope that they get noticed & appreciated for all they do to represent the company. Evan was so easy to talk to and the guy that gave me a ride after I dropped off the rental was very nice and even helped me carry in a few things. So again HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

David at the Smoky Park branch was incredibly helpful. Tom was a great driver and pleasant to talk to on our ride. Great experience all the way around.

I reserved a minivan for a one-way rental, but on the day of pickup, I got a call from an employee, who said it wasn't available. The only car they had was a smaller Mitsubishi Mirage. I asked if it would be cheaper, and Becca told me it would. However, when I arrived, Becca then told me the rental would actually cost more because I had booked through Expedia. So, a tiny economy car was somehow going to cost more than the minivan I'd reserved. This whole experience felt like a shady way for them to avoid a one-way rental. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this place. (A minivan and a few other cars were available at the lot) EDIT: customer service set up another booking for 1pm I returned after and the same problem happened again, they said it’s not available even though

Great customer service. Super nice people working there. They drove me to and from the body shop where my car was being fixed. I had to extend the rental which I was able to do easily.

I rented a vehicle from enterprise in Tennessee and returned in Candler NC. I purchased a car from Ford and called the manager in candler to pick up the rental. The manager said the car would be picked up that day. Instead the rental sat at the ford dealer for an extra day and was damaged. If the manager would have honored his word by picking up the rental I would not be paying for a repair. This agency is not trustworthy and I recommend choosing another.
