Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I went the day before to change my reservation a bit, and the staff was very helpful. I received a text and a phone call confirming, and when I went to pick the vehicle up it was ready to go. I even got an upgrade (they made sure I was okay with an SUV instead of a midsize car) so I was very happy. The staff at the Drop off location were equally friendly and accommodating. There was construction in front of the building blocking the entrance and I was able to park next door and a driver took me back to my hotel. Thank you Enterprise! You're My favorite vehicle rental. (In Canada as well as in the States).

Customer service is fantastic! We were looking for a car rental (long term) and decided to go to Enterprise in Casa Grande. Upon walking in we were greeted by Patrick at the front counter. He was very friendly, courteous and helpful in getting us into a Buick Envision. He was knowledgeable, and helpful with recommendations and made the whole experience very easy and a pleasure to deal with. We will return for future rentals. Great job Patrick!

I had a fantastic experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The staff was incredibly professional and made the rental process seamless. I was particularly impressed when, while unexpectedly staying an extra day in California, they proactively texted me, allowing me to request the extension just through text. I highly recommend them.

Well I don't know the end result for returning this car, but my experience in picking up a rental car was exceptional. Friendly efficient helpful staff, all on. Excellent communication. They are all working hard! Clean office. I loved the visit. It was super busy and took a bit of extra time, but I was also 45 min early for the time I'd entered in the online reservation. The waiting room was small. You were helped immediately, all the details entered. The wait was for the car to be prepped. The gentleman walked around for a physical review of the vehicle with me. Everything was reviewed with me. The car was extremely clean. This might be the best rental experience ever. And certainly tops the s dealer service I had last week and just today (nothing to do with Enterprise), by 5X. Top n

I was told by my insurance to go to this location for a rental car because it's closest to me. I had to wait 2 days to try to get a rental at Enterprise Casa Grande due to issues getting a ride to this location because my car was in the shop after an insurance claim..... I spoke with staff at Enterprise both days letting them know of my issues getting a ride there and they said it was no problem and that my car would be there. I got a ride there and found out that they lied to my insurance company and said that I picked up the rental car. But, when I got there they told me I didn't have a car available despite refusing to look up my name in the computer. They were very busy I understand but they are not attentive to everyone fairly.
