After my car accident, Kirk Bain at Enterprise Rent-A-Car (Chantilly Cadillac Car Rental) provided truly outstanding customer service and helped me to get a great rental car so I could take care of business. Update: Upon return today, they were able to offer us a suitable vehicle. Our alternatives were closed or 30+ minutes away, so we decided to give it one more shot. As our insurance had given us an offer for a large SUV with another rental company, they were able to match that offer without an up charge. The gentleman at the front was very professional and apologetic for the issues prior-especially as my wife was stuck at the dealership without good options the night before. Updated from one star to 3 stars. --- This location was a complete disappointment and caused unnecessary stress for my entire family—including my wife, two kids, and our baby. Had an appointment to be picked up at 9:30 am on 1/2/24. No one ever came to get me and nothing was communicated to me. I had to find a ride to come see what is going on and have been currently waiting in the lobby with no help for 5 minutes and still going. Do not recommend.

The staff at the Chantilly location was amazing!! They were very empathetic with our accident and had accommodated us swiftly with the van we needed for our family while we wait for our van to be fixed. I would definitely return for any future car rental we need. Thank you again!
