Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Pickup was fine. Had an issue where I had a previous rental the day before that wasn't closed out at another branch. They had to call that branch to confirm that the rental was closed out. Not this location's fault, but still irritating. Then they forgot to put the snow brush in the car during one of the biggest snowstorms of the year. Also the gas tank wasn't full upon pickup - maybe about 3/4. Not a deal breaker but still it's these little things that add up.

This location provided me with a rental while my car was getting repaired. Even though insurance was paying for the rental they treated like a valued customer. I had to call a few times with basic questions and always got right through to a local agent that helped me through the process with kindness. They picked me up at the body shop without having to wait an extra minute and provided a great vehicle on arrival; very easy process and each person I met there was equally as friendly and knowledgeable. If I ever need a local rental I’ll go out of my way to rent from them…highly recommended.

Complete disgrace! Booked reservation 8/9/2025, received a phone call 45 mins before I was picking up my rental on 8/10/2025that they were sold out of cars. Called enterprises 855 number booked Marlton location, assured they had a vehicle for me. Had my friend drive 25 mins to marlton location to get another phone call as soon as we got to parking lot, that they also don’t have vehicle for me??!! Ummm… did travel for 22 years, this isnt how you run a business! Reporting to BBB, both locations and the 855 number too! Unacceptable!

We had an amazing experience at Enterprise thanks to Jace ! Jace was efficient, friendly, and made the process quick, smooth and easy. We had an awful experience with another company, but our experience at Enterprise with Jace today was wonderful. We’re totally happy with the customer service we received and the suv we were given. He made our day! 5 stars for sure !

Enterprise in Cherry Hill has always been reliable for me. The staff is friendly, professional, and helpful, making the rental process smooth and easy. The cars are well-maintained and clean, and pick-up and drop-off are always efficient. Definitely a stress-free experience—I’ll keep coming back here!
