Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I usually always rent from Enterprise but I think this is it, every time I return my car to this location they find a reason to keep part of my deposit always a cleaning fee. This last time I brought it back after pretty much detailing the car it only may needed little vacuuming. So now they smell smoke , I don’t even smoke or vape and I sprayed bath and body works spray and brought it back with more gas then I was giving and still they find away. Either find another enterprise to go to or use hertz. Also after reading my receipt I was charged an extra 30 dollars for supposedly being 5 mins late My reservation was for March 5 th 2026 at 1200 pm and drop off time was March 8th 1300 I picked the car up on March 5th at 1155am dropped off March 8th at 1300 . Good experience. Had a vehicle crash into back of vehicle and break bumper. Dropped off vehicle to repair shop, it was going to be repaired by insurance. I was picked up at the shop and taken to Enterprise location. Easy and quick. Had to have the employees push the rental vehicle out of some ice before I could leave and they took care of it immediately. Friendly ride to Enterprise. Employee explained deposit and charges clearly(charged only a extremely small amount over what insurance covered-understandable after taxes). When my vehicle was repaired, I gave key to repair shop and Enterprise and the shop took care of the return. Great service.

Would leave zero stars if I could. Reserved a large truck from this location I arrive to pick it up they tell me they don’t have it but they have a compact SUV. I was going to take it and asked how much they were going to discount it. They said they wouldn’t they would charge me the same price. I told them I would be leaving them horrible reviews and their exact words”that’s fine” Beware the bait and switch. Zero integrity. Horrible service.

Great customer service! Nice, reliable vehicle! 🚗 First time renting a vehicle and it was as simple as making an online reservation that took no longer than 5-10 minutes and then picking up the vehicle in person and making payment. Vehicle was shown to me and overlooked by employee notifying me they’re aware of any tiny little scratches or marks if there were any and sent me on my way! Drop off was just as easy & if the office was closed; they have a safe drop box on the outside of the building to drop the key if you can’t make it until after hours!

The sales person was professional and treated us with care and great respect! The car we ordered was not available so we got a replacement which was still an economy car! (I still considered it an upgrade)(see photos) This car had all the bells and whistles plus it was the sport model. "John Cooper Works Mini Cooper". We rented because our car was in the shop. We needed to extend the rental a few more days, no problems there! Overall we had a great experience and if it was ever needed again this would be my go to for sure!
