Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I would definitely recommend Enterprise to my family my friends anybody that asked. I had an absolutely awesome experience with Enterprise in Cleveland Texas. They were awesome friendly helped me understand what all renting a car was about because that was the first time I'd ever rented a vehicle and I definitely definitely will use them again and I've already made another reservation to use Enterprise again I will never use another car rental place as long as I live

Visited there on Monday 2/19/24 due to my insurance setting up a rental for me after an accident. Met with Bruce, and it was a breeze in and out, maybe 10 min he was great. The place and the vehicle were clean. Ended up dropping that vehicle at another location after purchasing a new car. And as soon as Bruce knew my deposit was sent back to me, I would definitely recommend them and continue giving them my business as needed.

My work vehicle had to go to the shop so I got a reservation through my job. The mgr here was super friendly and professional. The day I picked up the rental, there wasn't any options other than a sports car so that's what I ended up stuck with. When I returned the vehicle, there were plenty of options and he was super busy with a lot of customers. Overall, his customer service made up for the negatives so I guess I can't complain too much.

Got a cute little car. We were n and out and the drop off was easy

Well I never got my deposit back after I was the car and put the gas back in the car .why you pay deposit you don’t get it back
