My rental car experience was great! I enjoyed an easy reservation scheduling, an option to change or update my reservation, great representatives assisting me and after hours return. Thank you Enterprise!

I’ve reserved two cars with cards and all. They call within minutes of picking up to let me know they dont have anything available. So they want me to rebook and reserve again 😂😂😂. I’ll wait on Jesus to take me before I ever ask them

Enterprise in Clinton NC were wonderful to work with. The girls are knowledgeable and pleasant to work with our car was reasonable, and well cared for. We were very happy with our service. Highly recommend!

I rented a white Toyota Camry for one week; I had received it very clean and filled up. The staff person Diamond accompanied me with the walk around upon pickup and Mike had assisted with the turn in and explained everything clearly. The vehicle drove very well and I did not have any issues. Cindy had dropped me off at my residence, very nice and polite. I highly recommend this Enterprise for anyone and for future rentals.

The worst experience ever!!!! We reserved a rental on the 19th; confirmed the check in and all!!!! Mind you we get rentals from here all the time ! Just to get there and be turned around! I then called to see what’s going on and attempted to speak to the manager and Diamond V. assured me that she was the manager 🤦🏾‍♀️! I then asked to speak to someone else only for Yasmine to tell me that they called and no answer from a 490# but yet we received texts from enterprise to the number that was given which is a 441#! So how is that so?!!! I asked to send verification of that call but have yet to receive anything! We are supposed to be heading out of town right now! Enterprise this is how you treat your loyal customers! This is pathetic! Do better!
